These comfortable new homes are truly dreams come true in deluxe executive vacation homes.  Deerpath has 1760 square feet of living space plus a full basement and two decks.  Coyote Cove has 2500 square feet of living space plus two covered decks.  Maples, hemlocks, cedars, and balsams surround both homes.  They are located on the northeast shore of Thousand Island Lake.  There are piers for your use and deluxe boats, boats, motors, and a pontoon are available for rent.  Each home sleeps up to fifteen people.  Plenty of parking is available for vehicles and boat or snowmobile trailers.  There is a firepit with rustic wood sitting areas also.

COYOTE COVE is adjacent to Deerpath, has three levels and was completed on July 31, 1993.  It has a southwestern appeal in a northwoods style and features three bedrooms plus a sleeping loft.  It has a covered deck on the main floor and another on the lower level overlooking the woods and Thousand Island Lake.  There's comfortable lawn furniture and Weber grill.

THREE BEDROOMS - Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed.  One bedroom has a picture window and overlooks the deck and lake.  Plenty of closet and dresser space.

TWO BATHROOMS - Main bathroom has a dual two-person 4 ½' x 6' whirlpool tub for your enjoyment and contentment, plus a large separate shower.  Separate area has toilet and vanity.  Second bathroom has a tub/shower, storage cabinet, vanity and toilet.  Hair dressers in each bathroom. 

LIVING ROOMS - Main living room is spacious, with triple patio doors, queen-sized hide-a-bed, loveseat, two rocker-recliners, color television, satellite dish, DVD player, Vermont Castings woodstove with glass doors or screen (firewood included) with a brick surround; ceiling fan, telephone and answering machine.  Lower-level living room: Queen-sized hide-a-bed, loveseat, chairs, color television, VCR.

KITCHEN  - Window seat for curling up with a good book.  Large oak table with 12 matching oak chairs.  Side by side refrigerator and freezer.  Ceran smooth-top stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, and radio.  Well-equipped with lots of pots, pans, dishes, silverware, coffee pot, toaster, and mixer.

LOFT - One queen-sized bed, three twin beds, dresser, wicker loveseat, and chairs.

                                                               

LAUNDRY - Coin-operated washer and dryer, two water heaters to allow for plenty of hot water.  Forced-air gas heat throughout to keep things comfy.  Berber carpeting and slate floors throughout.  All bedding, bath, and kitchen towels are included.  Private pier with lights and electricity for up to four boats.  No pets, please.

• Discount Time - $1425                                        (four years of age or older) per week.   
• Super Discount Time - $1050                              Each additional person is $75 per week
