EAGLE VIEW

EAGLE VIEW is located at the former Lac La Belle Resort here on Thousand Island Lake.  It has 1200 square feet of living space on the main floor plus an unfinished basement and laundry area.  This was the owner's home and has four bedrooms and two baths.  Triple picture windows overlook a large deck and Thousand Island Lake.

A picnic table, lawn chairs, and Weber grills are provided.  There's a large new L-shaped deck and plenty of parking for vehicles, boat and snowmobile trailers, etc. 

 

 

FOUR BEDROOMS - One with a double bed, one with a double bed and a twin bed, one with a queen-sized bed, and one with a twin bed.  There's plenty of closet and dresser space, too.

                 

 

TWO BATHROOMS - Main bathroom has a tub/shower combination with a toilet and large vanity.  Second bathroom has a shower, toilet, and vanity.  Bath towels included.

                           

LIVING ROOM - has a picture window with a nice lake view, queen-sized hide-a-bed, chairs, color television, satellite dish, VCR, ceiling fan, telephone, and answering machine.

                              

DINING ROOM AND KITCHEN - are adjoining the living room for the "great room" effect.  Large oak dining room table with matching chairs.  Dining room and kitchen have an island separating them.  There are three large patio doors offering a great lake view overlooking the deck, cottages, and the lake. 

                                                              

The kitchen has a stove with a self-cleaning oven, full-sized refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and a microwave.  The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, coffee pot, toaster, and kitchen towels.

                                                                                       

    LAUNDRY - has washer and coin-op dryer in a basement.  There is a hide-a-bed and a double bed in the unfinished basement, also.  The walls have particle board and there are picture windows, too.  There is forced-air gas heat and carpeting throughout the home.  The bathroom floors are linoleum and wood.  All bedding, bath, and kitchen towels are included.  Large new L-shaped pier in a quiet bay area.

• Prime Time - $1450
• Discount Time - $1200
• Super Discount Time - $825

Pets are allowed ONLY at Eagle View.  They are $50 each plus tax and must be approved.

Rates are based on six people or less (four years of age or older) per week.  Each additional person is $75 per week.  Rates are plus tax.
