Island View, Blackhawk Point, and Indianhead Retreat

These homes are located at the former Indianhead Resort on Thousand Island Lake.  They are nice additions to THE ARROWS and add to the variety of homes we can offer.  All homes on this large peninsula are privately owned now and only a few are rented.  All homes offer fantastic lake views on three sides with woods on the fourth side.  Most of the grounds are lake level and grassy with slight inclines to the piers.  There's plenty of room for parking vehicles, and boat or snowmobile trailers.  Deluxe boats, boats, motors, and pontoons are not included in the price but are available for rent.  Come and enjoy a relaxing stay on one of the most beautiful bodies of water in the Northwoods and experience some of the most fantastic sunsets anywhere.  You won't want to go home!

INDIANHEAD RETREAT is adjacent to Island View and Blackhawk point.   It is a large three-bedroom, three bath home on two levels and has 2080 square feet of living space plus a two-car garage.  It's right on the water and has large picture windows overlooking the deck and lake.  It was the former owner's home for the resort and has new cedar siding, new roofing, new windows, new carpeting, and landscaping.

THREE BEDROOMS - Two bedrooms with queen-sized beds.  One bedroom with a bunk bed (a double bed for the lower and a twin bed for the upper).  Plenty of closet space.  Additional sleeping available in the family room (see "Family Room" below).

THREE BATHROOMS - Two bathrooms upstairs - one with a tub and shower, the other with a shower.  Downstairs there is another bathroom with a shower, washer, and dryer.

 LIVING ROOM - Comfortably furnished.  Dining room on one side and picture windows on the other side.  There's a large brick wood-burning fireplace and an entertainment center with satellite TV and a VCR, too.

           

 

 

 

 

 

                   

     

KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM - Plenty of cabinets, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and it's fully equipped.  Sink window overlooks lake.  Dining room has sliding patio doors to deck with a great lake view.  There's a telephone and answering machine, too.

              

    

Watch the loons swim by your home as they call out to one another.  Sit around the firepit and share fish stories.  Throw a line off your pier and catch tonight's dinner.  This is a great home to call your "home away from home".

   

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

FAMILY ROOM - Comfortably furnished.  Fireplace, TV, and extra sleeping, too.  A king-sized bed has been added along with a daybed that makes into two twin beds.  Large sectional added this year.  Large windows for beautiful sunsets! 

 GARAGE - A two-car heated garage is adjacent to the family room on the lower floor.

New carpeting was just added throughout.   Kitchen and baths have linoleum floors.  Private pier.  Deck, patio, outdoor furniture, fire pit and grill.  All bedding is included but please bring your own bath and kitchen towels and washcloths.  Hot water/baseboard heat.  Plenty of parking area.

• Discount Time - $1225
• Super Discount Time - $875

Rates are based on six people or less (four years of age or older) per week.  Each additional person is $75 per week.  No pets, please.
