Deerpath and Coyote Cove on beautiful Thousand Island Lake on the Cisco Chain
These comfortable homes are truly dreams come true in deluxe executive vacation homes. Deerpath has 1760 square feet of living space on two floors plus a full basement and two decks. Coyote Cove has 2500 square feet of living space on three floors plus two covered decks. Maples, hemlocks, cedars, and balsams surround both homes. They are located on the northeast shore of Thousand Island Lake. There are private piers for your use, and we have deluxe boats and a pontoon available here to rent. Each home sleeps up to twelve or fifteen people. Plenty of parking is available for vehicles and boat or snowmobile trailers with a large level field at the entrance of the driveway. Drive in and drive out…no backing up necessary! There are two firepits at these homes and firewood is provided for both the fireplace and firepit.
DEERPATH is a four-bedroom chalet, with a north country flavor, that was built in 1991. There are two full stories with an unfinished basement. An upper deck and a lower deck with comfortable furniture and a Weber grill overlook the woods and Thousand Island Lake. There’s a wood stairways and ramp down to the lake and piers.
FOUR BEDROOMS – Three bedrooms all with queen-sized beds on the main floor. Dormitory bedroom upstairs with one queen-sized bed and three twin beds. Plus there’s additional sleeping in the upstairs second living room (see “Living Rooms”). Plenty of closet and dresser space in all bedrooms.
TWO BATHROOMS – Main bathroom has a two-person 4 ½ x 6′ whirlpool tub to soothe away the aches of a busy day outdoors. Separate shower, new vanity, and toilet. Second bathroom upstairs has a large shower, vanity and toilet. Hair dryers in each bathroom.
LIVING ROOMS – Main living room: Comfortable sofa and loveseat, chair, 40″ flat-screen television, DishTV, Vermont Castings woodstove with glass doors or screen with a brick surround (firewood is provided); ceiling fan; large patio doors. Upstairs living room has a full-sized heavy double futon, new sofa grouping, daybed with two twins, rocking chair, and ceiling fan.
KITCHEN – Two sets of large patio doors overlooking deck and lake. Large oak table with matching oak chairs. New refrigerator plus newer Ceran smooth-top stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, and ceiling fan. Well-equipped with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, silverware, coffee pot, and toaster, etc.
BASEMENT – Unfinished walk-out basement has a coin-operated washer and dryer, regulation pool table, foosball table, a ping pong table and additional living room furniture. Forced-air gas heat keeps things comfy throughout. Two water heaters to allow for plenty of hot water.
Berber carpeting and Quarry tile throughout the main two stories. The living room, kitchen, bath, and one bedroom are wheelchair accessible with a ramp entrance. All bedding, bath, and kitchen towels are included, so you won’t have to bring your own. We don’t have additional sets, so people usually wash them if needed, but at least you don’t have to haul them along with you. Private new piers with lights and electricity for up to four boats. Pets with approval only.

Rates are based on six people or less (4 yrs of age or older) per week. Each additional person is $80 per week. Rates plus tax.
