Island View
This home is located at the former Indianhead Resort on Thousand Island Lake. In 2020 unlimited internet was installed, and a new smooth-top Ceran top stove with self clean oven plus a new refrigerator/freezer was added. Two new recliners were added in 2022 in the living room. Island View is a nice addition to THE ARROWS and adds to the variety of homes we offer. All homes on this large peninsula are privately owned now, and only a couple are rented if even that. This home is only about 75′ off of the lake and has a fantastic view of the most awesome sunsets. The yard is grassy with a small incline to the new pier, sitting bench, and boat lift. There’s room for parking vehicles, and boat or snowmobile trailers. We have deluxe boats and a pontoon here available for rent. Come and enjoy a relaxing stay on one of the most beautiful bodies of water in the Northwoods and experience some of the most fantastic sunsets anywhere. You won’t want to go home!
ISLAND VIEW is a three-bedroom home right on the lake with a large screened-in porch on the side. Large picture windows and patio doors overlook the deck, lake, pier and boat lift, and a private fire pit. It has been refurbished for your enjoyment and is comfortably furnished.
THREE BEDROOMS – One with two new twin beds, ceiling fan, and TV. One with a queen-sized bed and ceiling fan. One with a set of bunks and a twin bed. Plenty of closet and dresser space in all bedrooms.
BATHROOM – Bathroom with a vanity sink, toilet, and shower.
LIVING ROOM – Picture window and patio door with awesome views overlooking the lake, ceiling fan, queen-sized hide-a-bed and two new rocker/recliners, new Smart TV with DirecTV and Roku, plus we now have unlimited, free internet at Island View!
KITCHEN – Picture window overlooking lake, new full-size smooth top five-burner stove with self-cleaning oven, new full-size refrigerator, and microwave. Well-equipped with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, and toaster.
SCREENED-IN PORCH – Enjoy the out-of-doors indoors! Carpeted, storm windows and screens, lawn furniture, mini refrigerator, rod holder. It’s a great area to store all your fishing equipment or snowmobile gear. This porch is located on the side of the home, so it doesn’t interfere with your view of the wonderful sunsets. Deck with picnic table, outdoor chairs, and Weber grill outside.
Electric baseboard heat, berber carpeting and linoleum throughout.
A beautiful new metal private pier with a boat lift on one side plus a sitting bench. Firepit at the water edge. All bedding is included, but you will need to bring your own bath and kitchen towels and washcloths.

WEEKLY RATES FOR 2022:
- Prime Time – $1400
- Discount Time – $1270
- Super Discount Time – $935
Rates are based on six people or less (four years of age or older) per week. Each additional person is $80 per week. Rates plus 6% state tax and 5% local tax. No pets allowed.
